As part of our commitment to providing the best service for our clients, a maintenance window has been planned on our network and server equipment.
Maintenance will be performed on two core firewalls to address an issue that has been identified by our team:
Impact to clients:
Ancaster Maintenance will be service impacting to clients. The target will be to reduce the downtime to the smallest window as possible.
Toronto Maintenance will not be service impacting; however, it will result in intermittent access to AllCoure’s phone system temporarily.
